11. Order Cancellation

NakhBaaz reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.

Customer may cancel an order before it has been shipped.

For COD orders, cancellation after shipment will require the customer to pay the shipping fees.

For bank transfer orders, if an order is cancelled after payment is made, a refund will be issued to the customer, minus any applicable processing fees.
